The Continental Basketball Association (USA oldest basketball league) and MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS 07 presents Ballin’ & Beats…(Celebrity Edition).

The event is a fun mix of music, basketball and community outreach. We have recruited celebrities who are willing to lend their time, talent, love of music and basketball to raise money and awareness for a local youth activity organization, The Boys & Girls Club Las Vegas.

The concept: GIVING BACK DURING THE VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS – celebrities will participate in a life clinic designed to share their paths to success. The CBA will use the sport of basketball to provide a tangible platform to engage the kids.

CBA players and coaches will conduct a basketball clinic and “3 on 3” tournament allowing fans and celebrities to compete with/alongside each other. Finally, we will anchor the event with a music concert featuring some of today’s hottest artists.

B&B is a vehicle to encourage celebrity and community outreach during the most anticipated, exclusive and celebrity laden music event of the year; The MTV Video Music Awards 2007.
